Add a chat widget to your site that answers from your own FAQ and docs, with a clear handoff to email when it does not know.
Add a chat bubble to my site that answers questions about my product
How it works
- Gather what it should know: Vovy collects your pricing, FAQ, and help pages into one knowledge document, and asks you what the bot must never promise.
- Write the system prompt: Vovy drafts instructions: tone, what to answer, when to say "I'm not sure", and when to offer your support email instead.
- Build the chat widget: Vovy asks Claude Code to add a floating chat bubble and a server route that sends the knowledge and message to the model, with streaming.
- Test tricky questions: Vovy asks 15 real and adversarial questions, like refund demands and off-topic requests, and shows a table of pass and fail.
- Deploy it: Once you are happy, Vovy deploys to production and opens your live site with the chat bubble working.

FAQ
Will it make things up?
It can. Giving it your real content and telling it to admit uncertainty cuts this a lot, and the test step catches the worst cases.
How much will it cost per chat?
Usually a fraction of a cent to a few cents per conversation on a mid-tier model, depending on how much content you send.
Can I use Intercom instead?
Yes, hosted tools work fine. Building your own is cheaper at scale and fully under your control.
