Make App Store screenshots in the right sizes | Vovy
Capture clean screenshots from the Simulator, frame them with captions, export Apple's required 6.9 inch sizes, and upload them to App Store Connect.
Make my App Store screenshots in the sizes Apple wants and upload them
How it works
- Boot the largest iPhone Simulator: Vovy opens a 6.9 inch iPhone Pro Max in the Simulator, since Apple only needs the largest size and scales it down for smaller phones.
- Capture your best screens: Vovy walks through your app and saves screenshots of the key moments with Command-S, with a clean status bar showing full battery and 9:41.
- Add frames and captions: Vovy drops the shots into a Figma template and writes a short benefit caption for each, like "Split any bill in 3 taps". Captions sell, raw shots rarely do.
- Export at Apple's sizes: Vovy exports PNGs at 1320 by 2868 pixels for the 6.9 inch slot, plus 2064 by 2752 if your app supports iPad.
- Upload to App Store Connect: Vovy drags them into your version page in order. A card shows the final gallery as shoppers will see it.

FAQ
Do I need screenshots for every iPhone size?
No. Upload the 6.9 inch set and Apple scales it for smaller iPhones. iPad needs its own set only if your app runs on iPad.
How many screenshots can I add?
Between 1 and 10 per device size. The first three matter most because they show in search results.
Why did Apple reject my screenshot upload?
Almost always the wrong pixel size. Vovy exports to Apple's exact dimensions to avoid that error.
