How it works
- Read your tables: Vovy reads your table columns and links, so fake orders point at fake users that exist.
- Generate realistic rows: Vovy writes a seed file with believable names, prices and dates, plus edge cases like very long names and empty fields.
- Tag the fake data: Every fake row gets an obvious marker, like @example.com emails, so it's easy to find and delete before launch.
- Insert into your dev database: Vovy checks it's your dev project, not production, asks, and inserts the rows in the right order.
- Show the results: A card lists row counts per table and opens your app so you can see screens full of data.

FAQ
Will this touch my real users?
Vovy only seeds a development project and asks before inserting. It never deletes existing rows.
Can I re-run it later?
Yes. The seed file lives in your repo as supabase/seed.sql, and supabase db reset uses it for your local database.
How do I seed fake login accounts?
Auth users live in a separate system. Vovy can create test users through Supabase's admin API instead of raw inserts.
