Review your Supabase database size, egress and MAUs against your plan, understand the Spend Cap, and fix what's growing too fast.
Check my Supabase usage and make sure I won't get a surprise bill
How it works
- Open the Usage page: Vovy opens your organization's Usage page and reads database size, egress, storage and monthly active users against your plan's limits.
- Show what's close to the limit: A chart card shows each metric as a share of your quota, with anything over 70% highlighted.
- Explain the Spend Cap: On Pro, the Spend Cap is on by default and stops usage-based overage charges, but compute and add-ons still bill. Vovy explains what that means for you.
- Find what's growing: Vovy checks the biggest tables and storage buckets, and whether large files or logs are driving egress, the data sent out of Supabase.
- Suggest fixes: A card lists concrete fixes, like deleting old logs, compressing images, or caching repeated queries, with the expected savings.

FAQ
What happens if I go over on Free?
Supabase may restrict your project until usage drops or you upgrade. Free projects don't get surprise charges.
Should I turn the Spend Cap off?
Only if your app must never be limited, like during a launch. With it on, going over quota can restrict services instead of billing you.
What's egress?
It's data sent out of Supabase to your users, like query results and file downloads. Big images are the usual cause.
