Add MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for Google Workspace or your email sender so mail from your domain reaches the inbox.
Add the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for my domain's email
How it works
- Check what's already set: Vovy looks up your domain's current MX and TXT records and shows a card: what's missing, what's duplicated, and what's wrong.
- Get the records from your email tools: Vovy opens Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for inbox mail and Resend for app emails, and copies the exact records each one asks for.
- Merge SPF into one record: SPF is a list of who may send email as you. A domain can have only one, so Vovy combines every sender into a single v=spf1 line.
- Add MX, DKIM and DMARC: DKIM signs your mail; DMARC tells inboxes what to do with fakes. Vovy shows every change, asks, then adds them in your DNS provider.
- Verify every record: Vovy clicks Verify in Resend and your inbox provider, then gives you a pass or fail table for MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

FAQ
Why do I need DMARC?
Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM and DMARC for bulk senders. Without them, your emails are far more likely to land in spam or be rejected.
Will changing MX records lose my email?
MX records control where mail is delivered. Vovy only changes them if you're setting up a new inbox provider and tells you before it does.
How long until it works?
Usually minutes to a few hours. Some providers take up to 48 hours to verify.
