Vovy connects signups to Loops, builds a three-email onboarding loop triggered by a signup event, and tests it end to end on your own inbox.
Set up onboarding emails in Loops for everyone who signs up
How it works
- Set up your Loops account: Vovy opens loops.so, you sign in, and it verifies your sending domain and creates an API key under Settings.
- Send signups to Loops: It adds a Supabase edge function that creates the contact in Loops and sends a signup event whenever a new user row appears.
- Build the loop: In Loops it creates a loop triggered by the signup event: welcome now, a how-to on day 2, a check-in on day 5.
- Draft the three emails: Vovy drafts short, plain emails based on what your app does. You edit the wording in Loops' editor before anything goes out.
- Test it and turn it on: It signs up with a test address, confirms the first email arrives, then starts the loop after you approve.
