Vovy connects your app's signups to HubSpot's free CRM, maps the fields you care about, and tests it so every new user becomes a contact.
Send every new user from my app into HubSpot as a contact
How it works
- Set up HubSpot's free CRM: Vovy opens HubSpot, you sign in, and it creates custom contact properties you want, like plan and signup source.
- Pick the trigger: In Zapier it creates a Zap that watches your Supabase users table for new rows. Zapier is a no-code tool that connects apps.
- Map the fields: It maps email, name, plan and source from Supabase to HubSpot contact fields, and sets lifecycle stage to Lead.
- Test with a fake signup: Vovy signs up a test user in your app and checks the contact appears in HubSpot with every field filled.
- Turn the Zap on: It publishes the Zap after you approve and shows a card with the flow from signup to HubSpot contact.

FAQ
Is this free?
HubSpot's CRM is free. Zapier's free plan allows simple two-step Zaps with a monthly task limit, and each signup uses one task.
What about my existing users?
Vovy can export them from Supabase as a CSV and import them into HubSpot once.
Can I skip Zapier?
Yes. A Supabase edge function can call HubSpot's API directly. It's free but means a bit more code.
