Vovy finds users who went quiet, sends a win-back event to Loops on a daily schedule, and sets up a short, friendly re-engagement email loop.
Email users who haven't logged in for 14 days and bring them back
How it works
- Define inactive: Vovy checks your data for a last-active field and helps you pick a rule, like no sign-in for 14 days and not yet emailed.
- Find them daily: It sets up a daily Supabase cron job that finds newly inactive users and calls an edge function for each batch.
- Send the event to Loops: The edge function sends a became_inactive event to Loops for each user, and marks them so they aren't emailed twice.
- Build the win-back loop: In Loops it builds a two-email loop triggered by that event: a helpful nudge, then a short "should we stay in touch?" a week later.
- Test on a fake inactive user: Vovy sets a test account as inactive, runs the job once, and shows you the email arriving before the loop goes live.

FAQ
Won't this annoy people?
Two short, useful emails with an easy unsubscribe rarely do. Ending the loop is built in so no one gets pestered.
My app doesn't track last login. Now what?
Supabase Auth stores last_sign_in_at on each user, and Vovy can read that or add a last_active column.
How do I know if it works?
Vovy tags returning users so you can see how many signed back in within a week of the email.
