Send your app's database rows to Google Sheets on a schedule, so your team can see signups and orders without touching the database.
Put my signups and orders in a Google Sheet that updates every day
How it works
- Pick what to share: Vovy asks which tables and columns your team needs, and leaves out private fields like emails or addresses unless you say so.
- Create the sheet: Vovy creates a Google Sheet with clear headers and a tab per table.
- Set up the sync: Vovy builds a Zap in Zapier that adds a row to the sheet when a new row appears in your database. You connect both accounts yourself.
- Backfill existing rows: Vovy exports what's already in the table as CSV and pastes it into the sheet, so it starts complete.
- Turn it on and test: Vovy asks, turns the Zap on, adds a test row in the database, and shows it land in the sheet.

FAQ
Can my team edit the database from the sheet?
No, this is one way: database to sheet. Edits in the sheet don't change your app, which keeps your data safe.
Does Zapier cost money?
Zapier's free plan has a small monthly task limit. Busy apps usually need a paid plan.
Is it safe to put customer data in a sheet?
Only share what's needed and keep the sheet private to your team. Vovy leaves sensitive columns out by default.
