Vovy reads your Stripe Billing overview, explains MRR, churn and failed payments in plain terms, and builds a simple revenue sheet you can check weekly.
Show me my MRR, churn and top customers from Stripe
How it works
- Open the Billing overview: Vovy opens your Stripe dashboard, you sign in, and it goes to Billing, where MRR, active subscribers and churn are charted.
- Explain the numbers: A card explains MRR, monthly recurring revenue, churn, the share of subscribers who cancel, and why one-off payments don't count toward MRR.
- Check for failed payments: It looks at past-due subscriptions and failed invoices, revenue you are about to lose unless cards get updated.
- Build your revenue sheet: Vovy exports subscriptions and payments to a Google Sheet with monthly MRR, new, churned and top customers by revenue.
- Show the summary: You get a chart card of MRR by month, this month's churn, and the three customers worth a personal thank-you.

FAQ
Will Vovy change anything in Stripe?
No. This is read-only. Vovy asks before any change, like retrying a payment.
Why is Stripe's MRR different from my bank deposits?
MRR counts subscription value per month. Deposits include one-off charges, fees taken out, refunds and payout timing.
Do I need a tool like Baremetrics?
Not early on. Stripe's built-in Billing charts cover the basics until you need deeper cohort analysis.
